Contact Support

Submit a support ticket for anything account, billing, technical, or conduct-related. Response time is usually 1–2 business days.

Open a ticket for:

  • Account issues (login, billing, subscription)
  • Technical issues (bugs, features not working)
  • Race entry problems
  • Payment and payout issues
  • Disputes about penalties or decisions
  • Reporting rule violations or harassment

When submitting: include a clear description, your username, when it happened, and a youtube link if relevant.

Common Questions

How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. A reset link will be sent to your email.

How do I upgrade or cancel my subscription?

Account → Subscription Settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period.

How do I get paid for race winnings?

Winnings are paid monthly via Stripe to your connected bank account, around the 1st of each month. You need an active Stripe Connect account set up in your account settings.

How do I book a coach?

Learning Center → Coaches → browse → click a coach → select session details → pay via Stripe. Requires a Base subscription.

How do I apply to be a coach or steward?

Account → "Apply to be a Coach" or "Apply to be a Race Steward." Fill out the form, admin reviews within 2–3 business days.

I got penalized and I disagree — what do I do?

Go to the Penalty Log, find the penalty, click "Appeal This Decision," write your case, and submit. A different steward reviews within 48 hours.

How do I upload a setup?

Account → "Upload Setup." You need a YouTube link showing your laptime with the setup (required as proof). Setup goes live immediately after publish.

How do I join or create a club?

Clubs page → browse → click a club → Join (open), Apply (apply-only), or wait for an invite (invite-only). To create: Clubs → "Create a Club."

Can I race on mobile?

The SimToCircuit platform (booking, profiles, community) works on mobile. Racing itself happens in iRacing on PC.

Troubleshooting

Can't log in

  • Check email and password
  • Try "Forgot Password" to reset
  • Clear browser cache or try a different browser
  • Contact support if still stuck

Race entry didn't deduct from balance

  • Check if the race went unofficial (fewer than 18 drivers — entries are not consumed for unofficial races)
  • Check your transaction history in account settings
  • Contact support if there is a discrepancy

Payout didn't arrive

  • Payouts process monthly around the 1st — allow 2–3 business days after that
  • Verify your Stripe Connect account is active and connected
  • Contact support if payout is overdue

Can't find races on the schedule

  • Confirm your subscription is active (Racing tier required)
  • Races only appear for eligible members
  • Contact support if the schedule appears empty

For quick questions, the community usually has answers. Most questions get resolved without opening a ticket.

Your race results, coaching history, and personal info are not sold to anyone.

What is public:

  • Your racing record (heat results, rankings, stats)
  • Your profile (name, bio, social links if set)
  • Your club membership
  • Coaching and steward ratings
