Check-In Policy

Show up or lose the spot.

Check-in opens 15 minutes before your race. Miss it and your slot goes to the waitlist.

After three missed check-ins, each additional no-show counts as a used race entry.

Who Can Join

SimToCircuit is open to any iRacing member in good standing with no current or prior FIA International Competition License and no current or prior professional racing contract. You'll verify your identity through Stripe when you sign up — this is what enables payouts and keeps the competition clean.

Do I need an iRacing subscription?+

Yes. An active iRacing membership is required to compete. SimToCircuit membership is separate.

Do my two included entries reset?+

Yes, on your monthly billing date. Racing tier only — Base members do not receive race entries.

How do payouts work?+

Payouts go directly to your Stripe Connect account within 24 hours of results being verified. Stripe handles identity verification and tax reporting independently of SimToCircuit's systems.

What if I miss check-in?+

Your first three missed check-ins each season are free. After that, each no-show counts as a used race entry (Racing tier).

Can I upgrade or downgrade?+

Yes. You can switch between Base and Racing at any time from your account page. Upgrades are prorated. Downgrades take effect at next renewal.
