Rules & Policies

SimToCircuit is open to any iRacing member in good standing with no current or prior FIA International Competition License and no current or prior professional racing contract. You must verify your identity through Stripe at signup. SimToCircuit reserves the right to disqualify any member who misrepresents their eligibility.

Membership costs $10/month and includes two (2) race entries per billing cycle. Entries reset on your monthly billing date.

Check-in opens 60 minutes before your scheduled race start and closes when qualifying begins. Members who miss check-in forfeit their slot to the waitlist. Your first three (3) missed check-ins each season are free. Beginning with the fourth missed check-in, each no-show consumes one of your subscription race entries.

Season scores are calculated from your best finishes across the season. The scoring formula weights finishing position, iRating, and safety rating. Only results from Heat 1 count toward season score unless you advance to a higher heat.

Drivers who finish on the podium (1st, 2nd, 3rd) in any heat automatically receive a free entry to the next heat level during the same scoring period. Advancement entries do not consume your subscription entries. Declining advancement is permitted — you remain eligible for Heat 1 prizes.

Prize payouts are processed within 24 hours of results being verified by SimToCircuit stewards. Payouts are made via Stripe Connect to your connected account. Results may be disputed within 48 hours of posting. Steward decisions are final. SimToCircuit may withhold or reverse payouts in the event of rule violations.
