Values & Community Standards
Core Values
Fair Play
Racing is decided by skill, not politics or money. Every driver gets the same rules. Stewards officiate with transparency. Results are earned, not given.
Inclusivity
All skill levels welcome. The free tier removes the barrier to entry. Affordable subscriptions ($5–$10/month). No gatekeeping, no elitism.
Transparency
All penalties are public. Steward ratings are visible. Leaderboards are open. Appeals are published. No hidden decisions, no secret rulings.
Merit-Based
Drivers climb by performance, not connections. Sponsors find you through results. Reputation is earned on the track — not purchased.
Community-Driven
Setups are uploaded by drivers. Coaching comes from experienced racers. Clubs are organized by members. Knowledge shared freely.
Safety & Conduct
Clean racing is enforced. Harassment and discrimination are not tolerated. Bad actors are removed. The community is accountable.
Accessibility
Racing shouldn't require wealth. Free tier, affordable subscriptions, no pay-to-win mechanics, multiple games supported.

Code of Conduct
SimToCircuit has zero tolerance for:
When a violation is reported, multiple stewards review the case and vote on the consequence. Majority decision is final and published. Permanent bans are public — the community knows who was removed and why.
Clean Racing Is Strategic
Your incident rate affects your season score. But beyond that — sponsors avoid drivers who cause incidents. Clubs avoid drivers with poor steward ratings. Your conduct record is public and follows you.
A fast driver with a clean record is worth more to a sponsor than a fast driver with a reputation for contact. Clean racing isn't just rule-following. It's strategic.
No Pay-to-Win
Everyone uses the same game. Everyone sees the same track. A $200 wheel and a $2,000 wheel race equally. Faster hardware does not make you faster on SimToCircuit — skill and setup do.
You cannot buy your way up the leaderboard. Rankings are earned through results, not payment.
